Pol-Ease® 2500 is an amazing aerosol spray release agent. It can be easily washed off from models and castings, making it the top - pick when you plan to paint your castings. For mold - making, it's perfect to apply on non - porous or sealed models while creating silicone rubber molds (keep in mind, it's not suitable for liquid polyurethane rubbers). When it comes to casting, here are the uses: 1) Apply it to silicone rubber molds when casting liquid silicone rubber. 2) To make your silicone molds last longer, use it when casting materials like polyurethane plastics, rubbers or epoxies. Although it's not mandatory, it can significantly extend the mold's lifespan. 3) Before casting polyurethane liquid plastics into polyurethane molds, apply this release agent. While the molds may not last as long as when using Pol - Ease® 2300, Pol - Ease® 2500 makes the cast parts easier to clean, which is a huge plus when painting. After spraying, simply brush it out with a soft brush to get better results. There's no need to wait for it to dry.
