Using Smiths Prosthetic Deadener is easy. First, when you're creating a prosthetic part with Platsil Gel 10 and you want it to feel like real flesh, add the deadener. You can add up to 200%, but for facial prosthetics, around 175% is a good amount. Remember, once you add the deadener, the material will turn into a sticky gel. So, before you pour it, you need to encapsulate it. You can use Super Baldiez, Baldiez or Platsil Gel 10 sponged into the mould for this. As for maintenance, keep it in a cool and dry place. Make sure to follow the safety instructions in the provided Safety Data Sheet when handling it.
